Shipping and Handling

Free delivery including insurance on all orders over £200.00 (and Less than 20kg) for delivery to UK Mainland. Orders under £200.00 incur a delivery charge judged by it's weight. More details can be found at http://www.gamlinsmusic.co.uk/delivery-charges/

Delivery schedule


Orders placed and in stock, will in most cases be dispatched within 2-3 working days. We will contact you if we are out of stock of any items to confirm if you wish to place it on back order and confirm delivery date. We will only debit your credit/debit card if we are able to despatch the goods.

Due to rules imposed by credit card companies we are only able to deliver goods to the card holders address (as opposed to your work address etc.)

If you are an established customer and we have a history of doing business with you, please call us or email for alternative arrangements.

Guarantee

All New and Ex-Demo goods are supplied with a 12 months warranty from us. In addition certain manufacturers also offer extended warranties.

All used items are covered by our no quibble 3 months parts and labour warranty.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it in it's original condition with all original packaging and manuals etc. within 7 days, we will gladly exchange it or offer you a different product of equal value. In certain cases a refund will be offered. This refund will be completed within 30 days of receipt of the goods and usually much sooner!. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

If within the first 2 months of your New purchase, the product should fail for any reason, we will replace it with a brand new one. Ex-Demo equipment and 2nd hand equipment is not covered by this policy.

In case of goods that fail after 2 months or ex-demo & 2nd hand goods that fail within the warranty period we ask that you return the goods to us by an insured method. We will repair them free of charge and return them to you by an insured delivery method. Before returning any equipment you must contact our Sales Office on 029 2037 6630 for a returns authority number and details on how to return products and what information is needed on the box. Please have your invoice available.

Description of Products

Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, pictures and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information, including Product Descriptions, appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.

Your right to cancel

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of audio software products where the item has been unsealed. Please note that we are unable to accept cancellation of, or returns for, items once downloading has commenced and also special order items.

To cancel this contract, please package the relevant item securely and send it to us so that we receive it within 7 working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. The return address is:

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. You should be aware that, once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us.
