The Blackstar Series One S1-104 6L6 100W 4 Channel Valve Guitar Amplifier Head. Four selected 6L6 power valves form the backbone of this 100W high gain metal power house and provide unbelievable dynamics and head-room. The DPR control allows the power to be reduced down to 10W for beautiful power amp distortion at a much lower volume level. Setting new standards in tonal flexibility, the deceptively simple preamp section has four world-beating channels (6 modes) which are further augmented by dual ISF controls. Thanks to the success of the Blackstar Series One 100 and 200 heads, Blackstar have refined their design in the S1-1046L6 model to suit high gain players even better than before. As the name suggests, the Series 1 1046L6 is loaded with 4 6L6 power tubes and is voiced to be as clear and tight as possible at high gain and low tuning. The S1-104 is a 4 channel 100W valve head. The 6L6 version has a new look and is voiced to appeal to the modernand is voiced to appeal to the modern high gain metal player
